Luxury hotel with incredible staff

The hotel had a great spa and beauty salon, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible.

The rooms were quite old and in need of some maintenance. There were issues with broken windows, faulty locks, and even an invasion of red ants in one of the rooms.

Good location of the hotel, with excellent view. Within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

Our stay was a really unforgettable experience. Everything was nice, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. The room we had included climate control, a personal safe, and pay TV. It looked out to garden. It offered excellent service and outstanding food too.

The suite here comes with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar, as well as a well-equipped bathroom with a hot tub.

I got an amazing value for my money at Villa Bejar! The room was absolutely awesome, especially the jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite. The location was great too, with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool for adults. The staff treated me incredibly well, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even helped me plan and execute a surprise proposal, taking pictures, setting up the room, and fulfilling a special request. A big shoutout to Alfredo and the rest of the staff for their top-notch service!

As for the breakfast offerings, it would be great if they could improve a bit.

I recently stayed at Villa Bejar for my honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make our proposal unforgettable. They helped with decorations and even took pictures. The jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite was a definite highlight and room 63 was absolutely awesome. I also enjoyed the adult swimming pool, especially the fact that the chairs were placed far apart for added privacy. The food was delicious, the room service was prompt, and the massages at the spa were relaxing. The beautiful gardens and spacious room added to the overall charm of the hotel. A truly hospitable and enjoyable place to unwind and indulge.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Cuernavaca and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us even though we didn't speak Spanish. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the fish "Bejar" dish. We also enjoyed the Margaritas, which were the best we've ever had. The massage we had at the spa was the highlight of our stay, it was absolutely fantastic. The pool area was beautiful and we even had it to ourselves at times. The hotel had a lovely setting with its white buildings against the blue sky. Despite a few small issues, such as the TV only having Spanish channels and the internet connection being poor in the rooms, we still had a great experience overall. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Language barrier, no english speakers.

Great pool and comfortable bed. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful with all my requests. A bonus was the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The room was a bit dark and outdated, and the bathroom needed updating as well. The gym equipment was old and needed maintenance.
